Listed through a real estate agent for a fair weekly rent of $250, the 2 bedroom unit was in a prime location, only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Within walking distance to Glenelg beach, cafes and shops, Blackbird is a luxurious property one could only dream of staying in.

Prior to coming on board with My Easy BNB Michelle had the property listed on Gumtree in search of a long-term tenant. In the hopes of receiving a reasonable amount of $550 per week unfurnished.
